At Pass It On, we want you to shop with confidence. Because our marketplace features a mix of pre-loved, handmade, and small business items, we have established clear guidelines to ensure a fair experience for everyone.

1. Condition of Items

  • Pre-loved Goods: Buyers acknowledge that "Second Hand" items may show signs of gentle use. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Handmade & Small Business: These items are crafted by independent creators and small brands. Slight variations may occur, adding to the unique nature of the product.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are charged to the buyer. These fees cover the professional courier service from the vendor's doorstep to yours.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery across the UAE.
  • Delivery Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and be available for the courier.

3. The 2-Day Inspection Window

We provide a 2-day window from the date of delivery for you to inspect your purchase.

  • If you believe the item is counterfeit or significantly different from the listing description (e.g., undisclosed damage), you must report it within this timeframe.
  • After 2 days, the sale is considered final, and funds are released to the vendor.

4. Final Sale Policy

  • To support our community of individual sellers and small businesses, all sales are Final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or if an item does not fit. Please check measurements or ask questions before buying.

5. Secure Transactions

  • All payments are processed through encrypted, secure gateways.
  • To protect your data and your purchase, always complete your transactions through the Pass It On platform. Transactions made outside the platform are not covered by our protection policies.
