Where do you deliver?
We offer tracked delivery to all Emirates across the UAE.
Is there a physical store I can visit?
We are a digital-first marketplace. However, items sold through our We Sell For You service are managed at our central warehouse to ensure quality and authenticity.
2. For Buyers
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. To support our individual sellers and small businesses, all sales are Final. Returns are only accepted if an item is misrepresented or proven to be counterfeit.
What if my item is damaged or not as described?
You have a 2-day inspection window from the moment of delivery. If there is an undisclosed issue, email us at info@passitonuae.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
Are the branded items authentic?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits. For our concierge service, we physically inspect items. For regular vendors, any seller found listing fakes will be permanently banned.
3. For Vendors
What are the fees to sell?
Regular Vendors: 15% commission (You handle listing and packing).
We Sell For You: 50% commission (We handle everything at our warehouse).

When do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred to your bank account within a maximum of 3 business days after successful delivery, provided no buyer dispute is raised during the inspection window.
Do I have to deliver the items myself?
No! For regular vendors, once you receive an order, simply 'Confirm' it in your seller dashboard within the next 48 hours and prepare the product. Our courier will come to your doorstep for pickup and packing. Please make sure youβre available 1β2 days after confirming the order, as the courier will contact you within that timeframe.
What items are prohibited?
We do not allow any consumables (food/drink), topicals (skincare/makeup), or counterfeit goods. Handmade items must be non-edible lifestyle or decor pieces.
Who provides the packaging?
Our courier will handle it. They will come to your doorstep for pickup and packing, so you donβt need to worry about anything.
How do I price my items?
You have full control over your pricing. We recommend researching similar items on the platform and remembering to factor in the 15% or 50% commission fee.
How can I get more eyes on my products
We offer an affordable Homepage Feature for just 15 AED per week. You can choose to feature an item for one week, or keep it there longer by paying for multiple weeks (e.g., 30 AED for 2 weeks). It is a great, low-cost way to speed up your sales!
4. "We Sell For You" (Concierge Service)
How do I send my items to you?
Once your application is approved, you can drop off your items at our designated collection point or warehouse. We then take care of the professional photography and storage.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
We will work with you to adjust the price. If you decide you want the item back, you can collect it from our warehouse.
5. Notifications & Tracking
How will I know the status of my order?
Both buyers and vendors receive automated email updates at every stage:
Order Confirmed: The transaction is successful.
On Its Way: The courier is on the way to pick up the product and deliver it to the buyer.
Delivered: The item has reached its new home.
